Our Approach
Bluspring IFM managed five lounges, each designed to create curated environments for VIPs, VVIPs, media, athletes, and visitors. Over 15,000 guests were served, including more than 2,000 VVIPs such as dignitaries and the Army Chief, and 2,500 VIPs. The team curated over 20 unique dishes, blending taste and tradition to showcase Indian hospitality at its finest. Bluspring IFM introduced innovative touchpoints, including fast mobile charging stations and digital information screens, to enhance guest convenience and experience.
